Earnnest is our preferred method of payment for Earnest Money. Earnnest is a secure, convenient digital payment platform that allows for a fully digital transfer of funds in real estate transactions. The fee Earnnest charges is comparable to a cashier’s check and less than the cost of a typical bank wire fee. The fee, charged to the buyer, is $25.

Drop off a personal check at one of our offices. Make the check payable to White’s Realty Escrow. Please include the address of the property you are purchasing on the memo line as well as the State. Please contact your real estate agent for the best drop off location and to verify compliance on deadlines in the contract.
